Weleda said that the Netherlands is the first country to introduce its City Spas. However, if proven successful, the concept will further roll out in other European countries, including Germany and Belgium.

Marc van Boven, Managing Director at Weleda Benelux, said: “This is a very logical step for us. It is our mission to introduce the power of nature to our customers. The experience aspect is an integral part of the Weleda brand.”

Weleda City Spa Oegstgeest opened on November 1 and is located at De Kempenaerstraat 24. The branch in The Hague opens its doors on November 15 at Aert van der Goesstraat 27. And on December 1, Weleda City Spa Rotterdam debuts at Weissenbruchlaan 46. Weleda said that it opted for these cities because “they are easily accessible and therefore available to as many people.”

Weleda was created in 1921 in Switzerland. Today, the brand operates in 55 countries across five continents and employs more than 2,300 people.
