NA-KD opens debut store in Germany

NA-KD, the Swedish fashion brand, has opened its first physical store in Frankfurt, Germany. The debut site is a shop-in-shop in Galeria Kaufhof, a German department store.

This is the first time the brand, founded in 2015, has opened a permanent location in the country, however it had previously tested the market with a number of pop-ups in several cities.

The opening will allow the online brand to offer its customers a physical shopping experience. “We wanted to give our followers the opportunity to get to know NA-KD offline as well,” said Social Merchant and Business to Business Director Magnus Hjörne in a press release. “Here we can deliver a comprehensive shopping experience where people can touch the products and try them on.”

The 60 sq mt space showcases everything from the NA-KD universe, including NA-KD Trend and NA-KD Shoes. Additionally, the brand is launching a range of collections in collaboration with influencers.

The Frankfurt store is the label’s second franchise store after a recently opened site in Amstelveen, Netherlands. Further stores are expected to open in Germany soon.
