Maison Kitsuné collaborates with emerging Korean label Ader Error

Maison Kitsuné's signature fox will be sporting the colours of Ader Error from 6th April, when the Parisian label founded by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki will showcase the fruits of the collaboration with Ader Error in its stores.

Ader Error, a Korean label founded in 2014, is keen to "reinterpret classic clothes and simplify things that are complex," and has worked on a 20-item collection with Maison Kitsuné. The collection features track-suit bottoms, bomber jackets, hoodies, socks and t-shirts, priced from €35 and available at the French label's fourteen stores, at Ader Error's in Seoul, on the two labels' websites and at selected retailers.

With this collection, the Parisian label, in which Japanese group Stripe International invested a second time in March 2018, goes for a directional, contemporary mix of its preppy aesthetic with a strong sportswear vibe, and for a unisex approach.

Maison Kitsuné will also benefit from exposure to Ader Error's own fan base. The anonymous design collective is beginning to catch the public's attention in Asia and on social media, and is being compared to Supreme for its streetwear looks, and especially to Vetements for its quirky aesthetic and its reinterpretation of 1990s mainstream clothes.
