Menswear Colour and Fabric Trends - Fall/Winter 2019 (ItaltexTrends)

The most general trend concerns nature and its protection, which involves ethical production. But sustainability also forces us to see the world around us with new eyes, as something precious and fragile, marvelous in its richness of chromatic inputs.

Neutral and yellowish tones
The colours for sportswear include the combination of neutral and yellowish tones - the lights and shadows of an unusual sunset.
They are interpreted in classic patterns in 100% nylon, stretch fabrics with a soft finish, light doubles and small-medium size effects.

Greenish shades
Still among the nature inspired themes, we find interesting greenish shades for soft contrast geo motifs, large hound's tooth prints on felted wool and checks on pressed wool. Cord trousers, together with all velvety surfaces, are an important season's theme. The new jersey is enriched with fine knops or enlivened with tiny copper sparkles.

Pink and yellow cast
Also dedicated to nature are the sunset shades of orange and pink, and the yellowish browns suitable for a large variety of fabrics: double-face knits, soft, velvety cottons for trousers, elaborated checks for jackets and coats, or fluid viscose-silk shirts.
