WeAr Select teams up with the British Fashion Council

This January 9-10, the first-ever edition of new UK tradeshow WeAr Select will take place at Old Billingsgate in London. The event will be in partnership with the British Fashion Council.

WeAr Select will show menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessories, and also have both art and concept stores. The collaboration with the BFC is to make it easier for buyers who also wish to visit London Collections: Men, which takes place the same weekend.

A system will now operate by which tickets to the London Collections Men showrooms are valid at WeAr Select and vice versa.

So far, more than 100 brands have signed up for WeAr Select. They include Sand, CP Company, Blauer, Hudson, Gaastra, Denham, Yasuyukii Ishii, Nine in the morning, Avant Toi, Schneider's, Handstich, Lieblingsstück, Grunge John Orchestra Moscow and Kind Baby.

WeAr Select is also in partnership with trend forecaster WGSN.
