Starch, Rabih Kayrouz's foundation for young designers, to be featured at Tranoï

The journey of the young designers supported by the Starch Foundation is going through Paris and the Tranoï Preview show this winter. The foundation is lead by designers Rabih Kayrouz and Tala Hajjar, and supported by real estate promoter Solidere. Since 2008, its objective is to help young, emerging Lebanese designers to consolidate their projects and make a name for themselves on the fashion scene.

This season, this will translate into a presence at Tranoï, among the womenswear pre-collections on show from 23rd to 25th January 2016.  A unique installation conceived by Eli Metni for the Starch Foundation will showcase the latest ready-to-wear creations by Bashar Assaf, Nour Najem, Joe Arida and his 'La Terre est Folle' brand, as well as the designer duo formed by Lebanese Yasmine Jaber and Chinese Morning Lau, this time for an accessories label called Exocet.

The installation and the collections presented by the Starch foundation can be viewed at the Cité de la Mode et du Design, one of the two venues  hosting Tranoï Preview this season.
