Monster Herbie: latest collection inspired by Karl Lagerfeld

Following a collection dedicated to Shu Uemura, Karl Lagerfeld’s cat is now at the heart of an accessories collection designed by the Kaiser for his eponymous label. Now, cat lovers (and Lagerfeld lovers) will be able to treat themselves to an accessory or two from the Monster Choupette collection.

The collection includes a few leather pieces, including a shopping bag, two sizes of pouch and wallet featuring the white cat, who appears a bit hot under the collar this time around. Lagerfeld has created a cartoon version of Choupette for the line, which is all in Saffiano leather and available in black, cream, navy and leather.

However, for those for whom leather just doesn’t do it, the line also includes a sweatshirt, t-shirt, socks, a scarf, ballet slippers or even the famous “bag bug” key ring—little fur balls to be hung wherever one sees fit.
