Kanye West and Solange Knowles have been digging out their favorite fashion pieces for the latest Helmut Lang campaign.

The musicians feature in a cast of 12 Helmut Lang fans and collectors that have been snapped by photography duo Ari Versluis and Ellie Uyttenbroek as part of a project celebrating the Helmut Lang Re-Edition capsule collections -- a series of classic pieces reissued by the label. Stylists Anna Santangelo and Rhamier Auguste, guitarist David Gagliardi and Helmut Lang pattern maker Grace Lee Gee also feature in the eclectic lineup.

The campaign, published on Instagram, also doubles up as the latest installment of Versluis and Uyttenbroeks' long-running ‘Exactitidues' project, which has seen them travel the world to document street style, underground subcultures and global communities since 1994. In the Helmut Lang edition, longtime fans of the label showcase pieces from the Re-Edition collections mixed in with the label's garments from their own personal collections.

West is pictured wearing the ‘Hooded Parka' and ‘Slashed Elbow' sweater from Re-Edition Volume 1 and jeans from his own Helmut Lang archive, while Solange opts for the ‘Tom Of England' t-shirt from Re-Edition Volume 1 and transparent ‘Helmut Lang seen by Shayne Oliver' shorts.

"I've been a Helmut fan since high school," Solange is quoted as saying on the brand's Instagram account. "It was a red drape dress during an era of super body conscious fits. I've really appreciated the evolution of Helmut Lang under Shayne's direction and feel it really captures the tenor of the legacy in a really energized way."
