MILAN, May 22 (Reuters) - The chief financial officer of Italy's IT Holding Group (ITH.MI), currently under special administration, has "ended his professional activity" at the group, it said in a statement on Friday 22 May.

The owner of fashion brand Gianfranco Ferre did not give any further details about CFO Alessandro Finizio's move.

Financially-strapped IT Holding is in the hands of three special administrators appointed by the industry ministry in February. They have six months to draw up a restructuring plan for the group. (Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
