Dutch fashion label Cavallaro Napoli announced on 21 March that it has partnered with the KNVB (The Royal Dutch Football Association) to dress the Dutch national football team. The KNVB cited Cavallaro Napoli’s quality of clothing, passion for football and experience in dressing football teams as the decisive factor to work with the Dutch fashion label.

Jean-Paul Decossaux, commercial director at KNVB: “We are very happy with a partner that is known for its craftsmanship and knowledge of football. Cavallaro has previously shown in collaborations that they are innovative and can easily meet the wishes of a specific organization such as the KNVB. In addition, they deliver high quality for both men and women. We are very much looking forward to the collaboration for the next five years!”

Giuseppe Cavallaro, founder Cavallaro Napoli: “We are more than honored to be able to take care of the formal wear of the KNVB for the next five years. We are proud to be part of a new start [of the Dutch national team] and hope that our carefully selected outfits will contribute to the team’s success. Forza Olanda!”

Cavallaro Napoli was founded by Giuseppe Cavallaro in 1999 with the aim to introduce authentic Italian style and craftsmanship in the Netherlands. Today the label operates 17 brand stored across the Netherlands and more than 350 points of sale around the world. Prior to partnering with the KNVB, the label worked with Dutch football team AZ and London-based Arsenal.
