Bésame Cosmetics to release Snow White makeup collection

The cosmetics brand known for its vintage-inspired lipsticks will be collaborating with Disney to create a collection based on Snow White. According to the brand, the Snow White x Bésame collection will be available in the fall.

 
Bésame Cosmetics announced in an Instagram post that it would release a Snow White-themed collection this fall. “We are beyond thrilled to announce this! Our Disney Snow White The 1937 Collection. Coming this Fall 2017. #BesameCosmeticsandDisneySnowWhite,” it wrote in the post. The collection’s release will coincide with the 80th anniversary of the animated film.  
 
At the Disney D23 Expo the brand also revealed that it is utilizing colors identical to those used in the 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. A preview of the collection at the expo showed it will include lipsticks, blush, powder and eyeshadow, all housed in original packaging created for the collaboration.

Bésame Cosmetics was founded in 2004 and is known primarily for its lipsticks based on shades popular in the Golden Age of Hollywood. Its line also includes powders, foundations, mascara and fragrance. The brand operates a standalone store in Burbank, CA, and is also sold at Sephora.
 
Disney has recently also collaborated with makeup brand Lorac on a Beauty and the Beast-inspired collection, released in June of this year.
